Healing Sounds

The Mangoang sisters perform in Waterford Regional Hospital

WHAT’s Healing Sounds programme presents regular performances for staff, patients and visitors to Waterford Regional Hospital. A vast array of instrumentalists and singers practicing in a range of musical genres provide quality music, lifting the spirits of those confined in the hospital. The performances begin in the hospital foyer where they are enjoyed by staff, visitors and the wider public, before moving onto wards and outpatient clinics for the benefit of patients. The musicians meet the challenge of performing in healthcare settings in a professional, empathic and enthusiastic way.
