  1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Réalta / Waterford Healing Arts, Réalta Centre for Arts + Health, University Hospital Waterford, Dunmore Road, Waterford. Registered Charity No. CHY 22990 and RCN 20206446.

  1. Lottery Licence

The Promoter has been granted a lottery permit by An Garda Siochana under Irish law, valid from 18 July 2025 until 17 July 2026. Entering the raffle constitutes acceptance of these terms and any promotional conditions. The draw is governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

  1. Entry Requirements
  • The raffle will close at midnight on 16 September 2025.
  • Tickets purchased or recorded after this date will not qualify.
  1. How to Enter
  • You may enter the raffle by purchasing an online ticket through idonate or purchasing a hard copy ticket.
  • Each ticket purchased corresponds to one entry; bundle purchases receive the corresponding number of entries.
  1. Eligibility
  • Entry is open to persons aged 18 or older on the date of the draw.
  • Entrants must reside in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Employees and Board Members of Réalta / Waterford Healing Arts are not eligible to enter.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry if it suspects fraudulent or illegal activity.
  1. Use of Proceeds

Proceeds from the raffle will support the Healing Sounds on the Ward programme.

  3. Winner Notification & Claims
  • Winners will be contacted within 3 working days of the draw by phone, email, or post.
  • If a winner fails to respond or cannot be contacted within 28 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Winners must provide proof of identity before receiving the prize.
  • The Promoter is not liable if notification fails due to incorrect contact details or spam filtering.
  1. Publicity & Data Protection
  • Entry implies consent to publish winners’ names on the Promoter’s website or social media.
  • Personal information provided will only be used to administer the raffle unless further consent is received.
  1. Liability Limitation
  • Except for liability due to negligence causing personal injury or death, the Promoter, its agents, or employees are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance.
  1. Cancellation, Modification & Prize Substitution
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle at any time without notice.
  • If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative of similar value.
  1. General
  • The Promoter’s decisions on all matters regarding the raffle are final.
  • Entry constitutes full acceptance of these terms and any additional conditions specified.

Dates Clarification:

  • Closing Date: midnight on 16 September 2025
  • Draw: to be held on 17 September 2025 with winners notified within three working days.
  • Licence period: 18 July 2025 to 17 July 2026
